Introducing Fitness Classes for Women with instructor Marilyn Micallef a Professional MMA fighter who has competed in Malta, UK and Canada. She holds a Brown Belt in Jiu-Jitsu and Blue Belt in BJJ.
Classes are composed of Circuit Training Classes, HIIT and Cardio for women of all fitness levels. We offer personal attention to all our students.
Our trainer will help you achieve your fitness goals and help you increase strength and flexibility. Apart from this our women Classes are aimed to help you lose weight, tone your whole body and reduce stress.
