The art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) teaches discipline trough Techniques such as throws, groundwork and self defence from traditional ju-jitsu. The BJJ class is very intense and can burn more than 800 calories in a single session.
Students can attend with or without a Gi / Kimono for this lesson. This class helps to reduce stress level!
