Are you ready for an intensive fitness followed by MMA ?

High intensity workouts for strength and conditioning. Followed by kickboxing for MMA striking and techniques from standing including knees and elbows combinations. in this session we do a lot of intensive cardio exercises to help our students burn calories faster.

This is a very intensive fitness class for does who wish to shred weight faster.
