Kickboxing for MMA Malta

High intensity workouts for strength and conditioning. Followed by kickboxing for MMA striking and techniques from standing including knees and elbows combinations. During this session we do a lot of intensive cardio exercises to help our students burn calories faster.

This Class is perfect for new studients in Kickboxing for MMA!
